You cannot get direct admission to M.S. Ramaiah Medical College without clearing NEET UG. While there are "Management Quota" and "NRI Quota" seats, admission to all MBBS seats in India, including these, is strictly based on a valid NEET UG score and subsequent counseling conducted by either the Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) for All India Quota or the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) for State Quota and private seats.
