The Universities in Canada offer Master's degree and Colleges offer Graduate Certificate.
All Universities and Colleges will accept IELTS. In fact for colleges that fall under a category called SPP (Student Partnership Program) then only IELTS is accepted.
So go ahead and prepare well. Most colleges and Universities will require a IELTS Score of 6 to 6.5.
