As per your profile you may consider pursuing:
- Phd in management.
- Executive MBA.
- MS or Msc degree in management.
- MS or Msc degree in operations management, etc.
However, as per your profile, I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your MBA and then opt for further studies from abroad, the advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which course to pursue that can further enhance your career prospects.

Both of these two colleges are very good. NIT is a central government set up whereas the BITS has its own importance. You have strong fundamentals in Physics and Chemistry, you should go for ECE but not computer science as computer science needs strong fundamentals of Mathematics. Its dependent on your interest and knowledge my dear and I dont think that there is any need to compare the two colleges.Regards/
