Hardly tough I would say. In fact, MBA finance has some mathematics in mostly stuffs like fixed income, derivatives & risk management and very lightly in corporate valuation (options model part) and rest of MBA finance is fairly easy to grasp for anyone with good analytical ability. But even in those intensely mathematical subjects, you could do well without studying things in too much detail unless you really are that extra curious to get deep into equations to understand things.
