You can try next year as the admission procedure is already done for MIT wpu. You can try at MIT-adt or MANET. As you have not specified your jee or CET percentile as well as 12th board marks, there is no way I can tell if you can get an admit. If you want this year's stats for CSE in mit-wpu the last list cut-off was near to 87 percentile.

Hello Pooja,
Yes, why not? Actually cutoffs of last year are not available authentically. There are different sites giving details of closing ranks. COEP normally receives top billing from students and hence closing ranks are petty stiff. For intake of 60 seats, computer course saw admissions closing fpr open catagory at just about 250 rank in previous year. However to help you I am attaching a link that will predict college for you based on your ranking in MHT-CET.

Best wishes to you.

Hello,Recognition-wise, MBA is obviously more popular than PGDM. Though, in India, it is the college from where you've pursued these degrees that matters more since both PGDM and MBA are considered to be equivalent.

If you want you can join IIT-Palakkad, but the college is still in development, and hence it may not be the best when it comes to infrastructure, but the teaching standards are still very good.
