The Institute has prescribed minimum stipend rates payable by Practicing Cost Accountants and by the Organizations as under:
1. If employer is- Practicing Cost Accountant/ a firm of Cost Accountants
1st year- 2000
2nd year- 3000
3rd year-4000
2. If employer is- Organization
1st year- 4000
2nd year- 5000
3rd year- 6000
The stipend indicated above is minimum prescribed by the Institute. However, Practicing Cost Accountant/a firm of Cost Accountants/ Organizations may fix higher stipend. The stipend under this regulation shall be paid by the principal to the trainee either by (a) a crossed a/c. payee cheque every month or (b) by
depositing the amount every month in an account opened by the trainee in his own name with a branch of the bank to be specified by the principal.

As per your profile pursuing full time MBA or PGDM program would be the best option for you as it will help you make a successful career in corporate sector.
However please remember for a fresher it is very difficult to get a job in MNCs, so as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years and then opt for a full time MBA or PGDM.
This work experience of yours will also be an added advantage for you during campus recruitment during MBA, as most companies would surely prefer an experience person over a fresher.
The other advantage of this work experience would be that after working for few years you would know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects, however as per your profile pursuing MBA in finance would be the best option for you.
Finally if you work for some years then you may yourself manage the expenses for your further studies.
Please note that, the final selection in full time MBA or PGDM program is made on the basis of:
1. Education background of the students. i.e. 50% marks in graduation.
2. Score in various management entrance tests like CAT, MAT, XAT, etc
3. Performance in group discussions and personal interview.
4. Work experience if any.
5. Other activities like participating in various event like debates, quiz, extra curricular activities, etc.

Start reading good English magazines and news papers, and while reading underline the words for which you do not know the meaning, then refer to the dictionary and find out the meaning of the word.
You should start watching English news channel, this will help you to know,how to modulate your voice while speaking.
Make a list of frequently used words that you find difficult to pronounce and ask someone who speaks the language well to pronounce them for you.
Read aloud in English for 15-20 minutes every day, this practice will help you to pronounce the words correctly.
