Hemwati Nandan BAhuguna Garhwal University, Srinagar is a central university. Luckily, they consider CUET NTA scorecard and based on the merit, the admission is forwarded ahead. So you have to register yourself and apply therefore. But the first list has been released. May be you can try in spot counselling of the institute.
