There is no such thing as management quota in any of the IIM’s including IIM Kashipur. IIM Kashipur admissions are completely entrance exam and merit based depending on the course. Candidates first check the eligibility and selection process for that particular course in which they want to enrol.
For admission in MBA, candidates need to take the CAT exam and should obtain a valid score in it. For admission to IIM Kashipur for the flagship MBA (or PGP) course, the result of CAT 2023 can be expected by the last week of December 2023 (If the CAT conducting body follows the trend as in 2022). However, if the trend is not followed, the same will most probably be out by the first week of January 2024. After the release of result, the exam takers will be able to download their CAT scorecards from the official website using their login credentials for IIM Kashipur admission.

BBD is a private university and slightly gaining name .The university is good and offers courses in 100 +streams. Whereas, Luckhnow University is a NIRF ranked goverment university and has better brand value and ROI.

For admission to MBA (or PGP) 2024 batch at IIM Kashipur, the CAT test was conducted on November 26, 2023. Aspirants of IIM Kashipur were required to appear for the exam in Computer Based Testing mode at the allotted test centres. CAT exam 2023 was held in three slots:
Morning slot: 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM
Afternoon slot: 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM
Evening slot: 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM
Earlier, the CAT exam used to be of 180 minutes with 100 questions but in 2020, both exam duration and number of questions were reduced due to COVID-19 pandemic. Now, starting CAT 2022, the total number of questions stands at 66 as part of CAT pattern.
