Yes, it is true but make sure you check the details of the university i.e. its accreditation(the university should be accredited with atleast 1 international education body i.e. EQUIS or AACSB), whether you are being awarded a diploma or a degree, what would be the value of the diploma/degree, what are the placement opportunities, as well as the brand value of the university. If all these questions are answered by your consultant and are genuine, you can go ahead and apply, else you should not.

There r various courses to choose . To begin with you can go for bachelors in degree , go for engg entrance test or can also go for BCA. Jst think of your area of interest, and plan your future course accordingly.

Preferably try regular mode. M Tech through distance mode or any engineering course through distance mode which require practical training is not approved by AICTE, and a case is going on in the Delhi high court it I am not wrong. Wait until the court decision if you really want to learn through distance education.

IF you want to do a specialized course in Finance like MBA or MS in Finance then LSBF is the best option otherwise Aberdeen is not the bad choice followed by University of Greenwich and South Thames College.
