A regular MBA is more appropriate. I hope you are doing correspondance program with some job. You may do certifications in HR, Marketing, IT or Finance depending on your interest.

without IELTS you have 2 options singapore and UK. i hope you have a portfolio ready of your 'own' work. you can try De Mont Ford university and falmouth college they both have the department and offer a variety of courses in this field. best part is masters in the uk is of only 1 year

Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) is the premier R&D organization of the Department of Information Technology (DIT), Ministry of Communications & Information Technology (MCIT) for carrying out R&D in IT, Electronics and associated areas.
IT has 100% placement record since inspection.
There is nothing to hesitate in joining CADAC very few ones able to get there and you are one of them.
Just go ahead.

NIOS is a fully recognised and a famous board. It is directly handled by HRD, Ministry of India.
But at present I dont think if there is polytechnic entrance had left, more or less every state and reputed institutes had conducted there entrance.
