Well for B.Ed, like in most of the other exams, the section of tests are similar and these most likely the following:
English,
General Knowledge,
Aptitude,
Basic Arithmetic
and one local language in some states.
IP University does offers B.Ed but no notification is released yet, i would request you to contact the University directly so to gain further clarifications and information.

After knowing your profile I would say that after doing MBA you would not require any other degree to succeed in your career. However, there is no harm in enhancing your skill set and education, so at this stage you may look at some courses like SAP etc. which are technology driven course used to grow business with a more systematic approach.
