Hi Divya,
Yes you can migrate to another college but of the same university. Migration is possible between the colleges of the same university.
Though it is quite difficult to migrate to some different university. However, it is advisable to contact the institutes official to get the exact detail.

JBIMS doesn't conduct any separate exam for M.M.S. admissions. The admission is conducted through CAP rounds conducted by D.T.E., Maharashtra.

JBIMS does conduct entrance exams for part-time Executive MBA courses and MSc Finance course.
