First, you should decide what you are interested in because maybe you can do it through science stream. If your field of interest is totally out of science subjects then you can always go for commerce because science students can shift to commerce but not the other way round. MBA and M.Sc are two different streams. MBA belongs to the management field, and M.Sc belongs to the technical field. If you want to be in technical space, opt for M.Sc and not MBA, and vice versa.
