Hi Siddharth,
Opportunities are immense but you must be skilled and qualified enough to get a job. International students can apply for post study work permit which is a plus point when you study in Canada. There is no on-campus placement so you must make use of the networking and career events to be organized by the universities. Internship, co-op work options while studying etc are critical.

If you have the experience that the institute demands and is willing to take break from your job chores including a drop in your income and you are financially sound to afford your academic and related expenses for the duration of the course, then a full time executive MBA is advisable, but if you do not wish to break from your job, a DEB approved distance education MBA is advisable.
