Organic chemistry is a very important aspect of NEET chemistry. Organic chemistry has a vast syllabus but very important. Try to make it your strong point instead of your fear. Work on the fundamentals or else you will end messing it up. Organic chemistry can be mastered if you can interconnect the chapters. There are many questions which require quick interlinking of knowledge (say a series of reaction 1 is form alcohol other from amines ) of these chapters, that can be done by making flowcharts (personally found it very helpful ). Start with reading your NCERT and just getting the basics right. To cover the entire NEET Syllabus http://bit.ly/2FUgVQA practice all the intext exercises and questions at the back. Properly understand and learn from your module /reference. Try to at least look up the reaction mechanism of all the reactions mentioned in the NCERT. (Really important for conceptual knowledge)
Don't jump to questions now, do the chapter once more, all the reaction mechanism should be clear to you and then practice questions. See past year questions of NEET AIPMT and AIIMS. Keep repeating organic chemistry, keep doing the reaction mechanisms on your own, and more and more questions. Also, focus the named reactions. Practice and revision are the key and once you do it you actually start loving organic chemistry.

I am sharing the subject wise strategy for NEET 2020 to score 620+
Biology:
Begin from biology as it covers 50% of NEET syllabus. Read NCERT of biology (7-8 times) thoroughly & note down important points. Now analyses NCERT diagrams, solve MTG NCERT at your fingertips (a must book) and second one is any coaching module like that of Allen or Akash, if not possible then Engage objective or MTG guide. Chemistry:
For Chemistry you must build concepts you may go for classes or through YouTube videos. For online Chemistry video Lectures, you may find my Chemistry video Lectures on YouTube channel (*free of cost*). After that you may read NCERT if you want. Then do previous year questions of NEET/AIIMS and for good question you may also solve questions from CHEMISTRY Chapter wise test series. *Physics:
Physics seems tough subject for medicos but it's not a fact. If you are not good at physics follow simple principle *practice, practice and more practice*. For physics you must build your concepts first with help of your teacher or from NEET physics kotak, YouTube channel. For questions you may solve coaching module or MTG guide or engage objective and at least previous year questions of NEET/AIIMS. Thanks.
