The UGC NET exam is organized for assistant professor selection in university and junior research fellow. The CSIR NET exam is also organized for the same purpose. The difference between both exams is that CSIR NET Exam is held for Science stream candidates while UGC NET Exam is held for commerce, arts and other stream candidates. You have decided to choose the challenging world of being an entrepreneur, versus the comforts of a salaried job. Coming from a business family, I guess you already know a lot about the risks and rewards of being a business owner. I have seen both sides of the spectrum - being employed with companies, versus managing your own business.
