Hello Aaditya Karki, my personal advice would be to go to bits Pilani or any of its campuses. This institute has great name abroad and some sort of a tie up with some universities abroad. Also you will be prepared by the institute for your future studies abroad. On the other hand gfti are perhaps rule bound and do not have the flexibility of a private Institute. But on the other hand, if you get admission in NIT or IIT, then both have great reputation and if you can get admission in IIT then chances are that you would get admission in a course for MS abroad very comfortably. Best wishes to you.
