Cut off marks are the minimum of marks a candidate needs to score in order to pass the exam. Hi Sunita as per your NEET marks 133 and your rank is 789014 you will get admission in private BDS college by giving them extra management fees that will cost more. But it will cost minimum 20 Lacs or more if you are okay with that amount then you can continue admission in private BDS college. Best of luck for your bright future.
