As rightly said by Ankur, German as a language may not benefit much in case of IT or Management by being in India however if you plan to work and settle in germany, then definitely this language would come in a lot of use.
Also in India, learning foreign languages can benefit you a lot in case you plan to get into teaching, embassy or the service sector jobs like aviation, hospitality etc.

Although, the route to become a Political leader, is either through a degree through Political Science or through a degree in social work, but as you have already done Engineering in your graduation it would be difficult to get into politics on the basis of education, so to get into politics as a career I would suggest you to start doing some community work or get attached with some NGOs etc. this will help you and slowly take you on the path of politics as that will help you in networking with various parties, leaders and politicians.

Although, it would be difficult to give you the names of coaching institutes specifically in the areas you have mentioned, but few of the institutes which you may consider are: Sharma Classes in Girgaum, Achievers point in Kandivali, Genius classes in wadla etc.
