Hi,
If you wish to pursue Masters in computer science in Canadian universities, you can directly apply to universities, as universities do not require work experience for admission MS in computer science.
But if you wish to pursue MBA, than it would be advisable to have some years of full time work experience after graduation, before applying for MBA, as all the good universities in Canada require 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
