Hi, You need not to apply separately for scholarship. Once you apply with full documents, your application would automatically be considered for the scholarship.
Regarding MBA in Germany, Germany has been the powerhouse of Europe for decades and has been well know for Engineering & Automation. And, that's where the question comes, nor many people have learned or realized that Germany also offer management education, which till recently was the fact. Germany converted its education system from Diplom & Magister to more globally accepted bachelor's & master's program only in 2005 as a part of Bologna process, to make the education level acceptable across Universities in Europe (or in EU to be more precise). In order to build big machines and automation factories, you need engineers but you also need managers to run the show. Germany has realized this lately and has started promoting itself as a destination for Management education and more so MBA. Secondly, Universities in Germany are state funded, which implies there is more or less no tuition fees to do MBA or Master courses. Only the private Universities charge tuition fee. German Universities in the past never felt to go out and promote itself as a destination for Management education or never sold itself as education destination. But, is has promoted itself as a destination for Research & Land of ideas.
All said & done, Even public Universities are now allowed to charge tuition fee in Germany, as a new management department has been set-up and made self sustain. It all lies in the fact you go and buy what you see & heard. Germany always failed in making itself known for Management Education. But, things have started to change since last decade and Universities are actively promoting their MBA or Master courses to attract international talent in order to stay competitive in this ever-changing dynamic & Globalized world.
