I views shared by the previous experts are true. But Fee in Private Medical colleges are even more that depends upon the demand and Brand.
If your visit the College Admission office only you can know the exact details of others which would be more than the fee mentioned in the portal (As directed by Medical Council of India, Govt. of India)
Every year it changes as well.

I would suggest you for further your studies in Chemistry only so as to expand career opportunities. Doing M.C.A will not help you get a successful career. A switch over is not suggested.
