Hello,
The score of CAT 2017 is applicable only for the academic session of next year i.e. 2018-2020 for any B-School in India. To be eligible for the 2018-20 session, you need to appear for the CAT '18 exam.

Yes, you can but you have to check with the universities before applying. Advanced Diploma, Post-Secondary Diplomas can be done, you may also be eligible for Bachelor's degree. You have to take your IELTS too.

To pursue MBA in airport management, you need a graduation degree. But, you can prefer general rather than MBA in airport management because in India, it is a narrow specialisation with average placements. You can go for general programs, which will help you to get good platform to do a job

Eligibility criteria for Ph.D in Biotechnology:
1) A Master's degree is required to qualify for a Ph.D, and for some subjects, an M.Phil is required to start a Ph.D.
2) For some universities, candidates are required to qualify for the national examination like national eligibility test for lectureship conducted by the UGC.
