Hi,
Generally, aspirants join lateral B.Tech course after completing diploma in any engineering field to get direct entry into the second year.
To take admission, you need to score minimum aggregate of 60% marks in the diploma course. You need to sit for Lateral Entry Entrance Test or LEET which is conducted at state level. Some colleges and Universities too conduct their own lateral entry tests.
Below is the list of lateral entry colleges :
-MERI College of Engineering and Technology
-Inderprastha Engineering College, Ghaziabad
-Janeta Subash Institute of Technology
-Guru Tegh Bahadur Institute of Technology
-Uttaranchal Institute of Tech

Hey Sujata,
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Routing and Switching is a certification program predominantly for the entry level network engineers. It certainly helps in foundational networking knowledge.
If I am not wrong, you need to have 1 to 3 years of work ex for the same in the networking domain. It won't matter much as to where from you are doing the course. They all have the same pattern and training hours. However, JetKing and IIHT are couple of them. Ultimately CISCO has to certify you.
