The courses other than nursing, MBBS and B.Pharma are paramedical. It is a branch of medical, which helps above three to perform their duties to fullest. B.Sc nursing is a better choice because there is large need for this field in medical as compared with para medical courses. Nursing means helping doctors and keep a keen eye on treatment of the patient.

IIMs don't offer a specialization. They offer a PGDM course (not an MBA) without any specific specialization. However, you have an option to select elective courses in the second year as per your interest. Even though you won't get a degree in IT in that case, but you'll learn about it and will have better chances of getting into an it company post MBA/PGDM.

Yes, you can. Most universities require you to have physics as your extra-departmental/pass course for you to study physics as your M.Sc. However, since science departments recruit Master's students via entrance exams, this might be difficult anyway. You'll have to have a self-study enough physics to crack one of the many entrances.
