Hello Mohit,
It's a very good query. AICTE also gives out information about recognition of a University by it. Simultaneously, it's prominently displayed on the web page of the concerned university also.

Hello Gokula,
It's very nice to see your dreams of doing MS abroad. Yes, you can definitely seek admission to MS based on your graduation marks. But there are many nuances in this whole process. Hence, I would strongly recommend that you should approach an agency dealing with sending students abroad so that all these nuances are taken care of.

Hi Abhijit,
This will depend on the nature of your gap and also if you have met admission requirements like academic grades in your Bachelor's degree, IELTS score, GRE scores if any etc. It is a very ambiguous query. Which is a a suitable country for you again makes so sense here since it will depend on your choice of budget, admission requirements of the universities and your profile etc, you cannot just go applying to random universities without even understanding what they are looking for right? Additionally you must see if you have the profile to apply to a certain university. USA, Canada, Singapore etc all have different criteria.
