There is no attempt limit to this entrance exam conducted by JIPMER, if you are eligible for the exam. Well, to clear it in 1st attempt, I would suggest you to read NCERT thoroughly.

You might get max 15 marks per subject.

Hi, First of all, there are 3 levels in CA course (Foundation, Intermediate and Final level). So you are at the initial stage, you have to register yourself for the foundation exam (entrance exam). Go to CA institute nearby you and get a form (amounting to Rs. 200) and fill it and while submitting the form, you have to attach a Demand draft of Rs. 9000.

Every NIT has a certain quota for NRI children. It is termed as DASA and every year admissions are taken through this 'quota' as you may call it. The strength of DASA seats varies from NIT to NIT and Branch to Branch in every NIT. The base fees for a DASA candidate is fixed at $7000 + hostel fees. Admission is done based on the scores obtained in the SAT exam by the students.
