The University of St. Gallen provides scholarships and student loans to help students facing financial hardship. While the scholarships are paid as a one-off sum, student loans are to be paid back to the university after the programme ends. Student loans generally do not charge any interest when a programme is ongoing. However, the interest amount is considered after a student completes the program. Students are advised to check the official website since the terms and conditions are subject to change.

To be eligible for any kind of financial aid, a student must be enrolled in St. Gallen for a minimum of one semester. The scholarships offered by the university are:

1. Excellence Scholarship

This scholarship is given to undergraduate international students in the form of a fee waiver. This means that the excellence scholarship will account for your entire tuition fee. A candidate must apply for the excellence scholarship before the commencement of the programme at the university.

2. Starr International Foundation Scholarship Fund

This scholarship is given to non-German-speaking students applying for an English-taught master’s degree program. The candidate must hold a three-year bachelor’s degree. Exceptional and highly talented students are recognised by the Advice Center of Student Funding and are then contacted to participate in the application process.

International students have to meet the below University of St. Gallen requirements to apply for undergraduate and graduate admissions:

For Undergraduate Admission

·      A foreign upper secondary school leaving certificate

·      Submit the evidence of English language proficiency

·      Due to limited seats for foreign applicants, candidates are admitted only through a selection procedure

For Graduate Admission

·      Must have a bachelor’s degree (3 years) or a Diploma (4 years) with a minimum of 180 ECTS-Credits from a recognised university

·      Submit the evidence of English language proficiency

·      Provide the additional test score of GMAT/GRE

Since the University of St. Gallen (HSG) is regarded as one of the top business schools in Europe, admission can be difficult. Admission criteria vary based on the programme but often include a solid academic record, language competence (mainly in English or German), and standardized test scores such as GMAT or GRE for graduate programs. HSG places a strong emphasis on motivation, academic achievement, and an obvious fit with the program's objectives. Students must fulfil certain requirements for undergraduate degrees, such as receiving good marks and occasionally passing entrance exams. The university draws highly qualified applicants from all around the world, thus competition is very fierce. Nonetheless, motivated applicants stand a fair chance of success if they prepare well and fulfil the requirements for admission.

Management Development Institute (MDI) Gurgaon offers three regular PGDM courses, including PGDM, PGDM-HRM and PGDM-IB. The duration of the courses is two years. MDI Gurgaon MBA admission is based on merit in CAT/GMAT followed by candidates' performance in the group discussion (GD) and personal interview (PI) round.
PGDM-IB students need not pay any tuition fee at the ESCP Europe location if they finish their academic requirements in one year. However, students have to bear visa fees, visa assistance fees, social security, travel costs, daily living costs, lodging & boarding, and purchase of books and learning materials at ESCP Europe.

 For the PGDM program, the fee is INR 24.16 Lakhs. The PGDM Business Analytics (BA) programme has a fee of INR 10.70 Lakhs. The PGDM Human Resource Management (HRM) programme costs INR 24.16 Lakhs.
