Management Development Institute offers an FPM course in the field of Management for a minimum duration of three years and a maximum of seven years. Candidates seeking admission must visit the official website of the institute (mdi.ac.in) to apply online. Before filling out the application, aspirants must check out the eligibility criteria. Admission to FPM is based on students' performance in CAT/GMAT/GRE/ UGC-JRF/GATE, followed by a Personal Interview round.

Candidates seeking admission must have passed Master’s degree in any discipline with at least 60% aggregate or equivalent with a bachelor’s degree/ equivalent qualification after completing Class 12. Additionally, candidates with a 5-year integrated master’s degree with at least 60% aggregate after completing Class 12 are also eligible.

Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) is a doctoral-level course of a duration of three-year. In this course, apart from the coursework, candidates also have to submit a thesis at the end of the course. MDI Gurgaon offers FPM in two tracks: Residential and Non-Residential. Candidates are shortlisted for final selection based on scores in CAT/GMAT/GRE/UGC-JRF. Shortlisted candidates have to take part in the interview round.
