We can really not post and comment about institutes. But I would say for CCNA, NIRMAL DATACOMM is the best, as it is CISCO Certified partner and only one of four institutes in Asia to be CISCO Certified learning and solution partner. There can't be anything better than that.

IELTS is available in two modules i.e.
Academic.
General.
The Academic version assess whether a candidate is ready to study or train in the medium of English at an undergraduate or postgraduate level. Admission to undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the UK , Australia, Canada,Germany , New Zealand or USA is based on the results of these Modules.
