We can really not post and comment about institutes. But I would say for CCNA, NIRMAL DATACOMM is the best, as it is CISCO Certified partner and only one of four institutes in Asia to be CISCO Certified learning and solution partner. There can't be anything better than that.

IELTS is available in two modules i.e.
Academic.
General.
The Academic version assess whether a candidate is ready to study or train in the medium of English at an undergraduate or postgraduate level. Admission to undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the UK , Australia, Canada,Germany , New Zealand or USA is based on the results of these Modules.
If you want to study using English at undergraduate or postgraduate level,you should take the Academic version of IELTS.
If you are planning to undertake non-academic training or apply for immigration in that case you need to take the General version of IELTS.

Hi Aanchal, Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) is an all India entrance examination conducted by 11 National Law Universities for admissions to their under-graduate and post graduate degree programmes (LL.B & LL.M).
To appear for the exam, a candidate should have passed his/her Higher Secondary School/Intermediate Examination (10+2) or its equivalent examination with not less than 50% marks in aggregate. Age of candidate should not be more than 20 years as on 1st July, 2011.
