As per my knowledge and experience, if you want to take BA English Hons with BCom as additional subject. It depends on university. If you wish to take admission, many universities provide it as additional subject, many not. So, you have to query University.

The eligibility for the course is Bachelor's degree with minimum 50% marks from a recognized University. So, you can pursue the same. However, you will need to check with the college once, if they are taking admission right now.

Hello,
There is no fixed GATE cut-off score.
If the exam paper is very easy, then many people will get very high gate score, so the cut off will increase.
Bombay has the more competetion and you should be below 150 to get design.
