Hi Rohita, there are 4 major specialisations when it comes to MBA or PGDM in management. Finance and Marketing are considered as mainstream or front end and hence have a high pay rate compared to HR and Operations which are back end and hence have a low pay rate. This is common across all companies regardless of the sectors. Apart from a few which are dedicated to providing a certain service. Usually, many colleges don't display their stream-specific data so that they can fetch more admissions on common data but few institutes like feel have a very true and transparent approach towards admissions. Average Package: 7 LPA
the highest Package in marketing: 12 LPA
the lowest Package in marketing: 5 LPA

The admission process for MBA programs in India usually starts in the months of October-November and continues till June-July. The application deadline for each B-school may vary, but generally, B-schools keep their admission process open until May-June. For NSO, you have to register through your school itself. And students from Class 1st to 12th are eligible to give the various exams conducted by SOF like NSO IMO, NCO, etc. For appearing for the exam a school must first register itself with the SOF and then the students will be registered. The exam will be conducted in your school itself and you will be supervised by the teachers of your school itself. As the registration dates for this year have gone, so you may participate from the next year in the various exams.
