Well you have to complete BE successfully either you like it or not. If you are not interested in pursuing the same field you can take up Engineering mangement or MBA.
You wanted to study in USA or Singapore. You must do some survey to find out difference in studying in these countries.
if you are ready spend 30 Lakhs INR you can study in USA or Canada and it all two year post graduation degree
If you are ready spend 20 Lakh INR you can study in Australia or Newzeland and it is one and half year program.
