It depends on country where you want to go for further study. Most of the B-school in UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France and limited number of universities in USA will accept your application entirely on the basis of IELTS score, your academic credentials, work experience, recommendations and extra curricular activities.
In other words, if you are not focusing on top 200 universities of world then you can proceed with IELTS score only.

Bachelor degree in any of the above mentioned subjects you are passionate about could be the best possible choice. You may opt for civil services examinations after graduation. Library Science, Social Work, Mass Communication and Journalism, LLB, B.Ed, BBA are other options.
