Yes, both the exams are different from each other. MCAER CET exam is for admission in undergraduate and postgraduate programmes offered in State Agricultural Universities in Maharashtra whereas MHT CET is for admissions to first year Engineering and Technology programmes (BE/B.Tech) and Pharmacy programmes (B.Pharma/Pharma. The first point is that your point of interest towards field! Both B.Sc. Chemistry and Diploma in chemical engineering have 3 years duration, but if you do B.Sc. Chemistry, then you will be called as graduate. Both have vast scope. Diploma in chemical engineering requires Maths.

Hi,
It is difficult to pin point a college name, there are Lacs of options in so many countries. Different countries have different requirements. The percentage requirement as such varies but if you want to get into a good university above 75% is expected. The higher the percentage the better the scope for admission and scholarship. Canada, Singapore, Ireland, Norway, Germany etc. Are affordable options compare to US and UK. Average cost of education abroad is around $35000 a year.
