After diploma in engineering you may join lateral B.Tech course and can directly enter into the second year. If you want to work alongside then you may join correspondence course.
List of lateral entry colleges (correspondence) :

-Acharya Nagarjuna University

Since you are pursuing MBA, so as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years and then opt for a specialized course in HR or marketing as it will further enhance your career prospects.
