Selecting a college is purely and entirely your decision. It would be tough to state a college as the best as every college has it's own plus and minus points.
While selecting, you just need to keep in mind the chief point that is to check the recognition whether the college is AICTE / UGC approved or not.
Other than this, you also need to check year of establishment, syllabus, faculty, fees, placements etc. You may directly contact the college officials for specific information.
Be careful while selecting a college as merely getting a degree is not enough for this competitive world.

Please remember it is a myth that passing 12th from CBSE board has advantage over state board.
I would suggest that as a student you should give your 100% in studies and score well in exams, so that you may get admission in good college and course of your interest.

A degree is always acceptable as long as it is from a recognized University and a proper degree. It doesn't matter whether you have completed it in the regular mode of distance one. All you need to get good marks to be eligible for the marks criteria of the PhD nomination and then you need to clear the other criterias like PhD entrance, Synopsis submission etc.
Regarding the jobs, it depends on the college, course structure and the student ability to crack the interview. For the abroad jobs, it's better to get some experience from your own country, because it's quite hard to get good jobs in abroad for a fresher.

Yee achi baat hain kii aap 60% marks kee saathe th complete kii hoo, now, it's time to choose your subject. if you want to go for BA (H), then you need to choose a particular subject like, English, Hindi, History, Political Science etc. and if you want to go for a Pass course then the options are wide as well.
Joo bhi choose kaaro aapne pasand see karna, and study hard for that.
