For PGDM, you can apply for:
1. MET
2. IES.
3. Chetana.
You can get Welingkar for PGDM. You need to score well in psychometric test and GD/ PI for Welingkar.

It is fact that if job is essential immediately after completion of graduation B.Tech in CSE is best among the three options given. But, if you are really interested in Math / Stat and want to go with it as your profession, it would be better to look for B.Sc with Honors in Statistics, or B.Stat from Indian Statistical Institute. You need to score atleast 85% or more to pursue b.tech from good universities like Waterloo, McGill, McMasters, Toronto, UBC etc. Apart from this, your profile should include various co curricular activities, projects, MUNs, community services etc to improve your chances. You will need letters of recommendation from your teachers/ counsellor and transcript to apply along with TOEFL/IELTS scores.

For getting admission in COEP Pune, you have to appear for MHT CET and get good marks. JEE Mains is of no use. This college is on highest priority & I advise you to study well.
