Firstly, Scholarship for CPL in India is provided only to SC/ST candidates. General candidates have do it on their own. Secondly, not all flying Institutes provide that Scholarship. There are only a few which do that. From my knowledge -
GATI (Government Aviation Training Institute) provides scholarship based on caste. Is pilot training free for SCs at GATI? The fee structure for B.Sc (H) Stats is approximately 12000-13000 for one year. Fee is paid yearly. Hostel fee is approximately 90000.
Admission in hostel is also merit based. Certain CGPA is to be maintained every year to continue with the hostel. Syllabus for stats (H) will be almost same every where with only a few minor changes.
