After earning an Engineering degree in Information technology advisable that you should opt for a career in the same field. However, If you have a keen interest in Law related courses then I would suggest you to do some diploma or PG Diploma courses in a specific area of law like Cyber laws, intellectual property law (copyright, patents, trademarks, designs), Technology law (IT), securities law, ADR (alternative dispute resolution), TRP(Tax Return Preparer)

Considering your score in 12th You must think about opting for Engineering course after giving proper Entrance exam for the same.After completion of the Engineering you will also be able to get a good job according to your percentage.
