After seeing your concern to know about which career to opt for I would like to suggest you some of the points
Considering your score in 12th You must think about opting for Engineering course after giving proper Entrance exam for the same.After completion of the Engineering you will also be able to get a good job according to your percentage.
If you go for BBM, that is also a good course, But as you are thinking about does that lessens your opportunity in getting admission abroad, that is not the case , if you have good marks in it and scores a good marks in entrance test that will help you in getting admission into a good
