Please remember MBA is a holistic course which deals with management aspects, the major specialization in MBA are:
- Finance.
- Marketing.
- Human resources.
In order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
MBA degree is offered by universities, whereas PGDM is offered by AICTE approved institutes.

No, your XIIth marks will not affect your placement after B.Tech if you score good in B.Tech. If your % in B.Tech is also less then the Interviewers amy tend to observe & relate your XIIth marks also and give a verdict that academically you are a bit on the lower side and that may affect your placement. So forget your XIIth marks now and learn your B.Tech subjects well to fetch higher % now. One more thing is that if you can learn & develop engg fundamentals nicely and have good analytical & communicative ability then the % marks do not become very important for placement in your first job.

Yes you may surely pursue MBA in hotel or hospitality or aviation or event management after B.com.
However, please remember in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
As per your profile I would suggest you to apply for improvement exam and prepare well so that you may score atleast 50% marks.
