I think the previous respondent to your answer forgot to mention some key institutes that offer MBA in Communication or Communication Management or Integrated Marketing Communication courses.
Institutes are as follows:
MICA (Mudra Institute of Communication)
The Delhi School of Communication (DSC)
Both the above provide great holistic courses in communication and are known for their placements as well. Do study their websites. All the best.

Hindi Shikshan Parangat is in affiliation to the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India.
The session for courses run by the Sansthan start in July, every year. The courses are:
-Hindi Shikshan Nishnat (M.Ed. Equivalent)
-Hindi Shikshan Parangat (B.Ed. Equivalent)
