Its a proud moment for me to see your interest in the field of Psychology.
The option given by Mr. Aniket is absolutely correct.
In addition to his answer, I would like to inform you that YES you can take psychology in PG and pursue your interest. The eligibility criteria in most universities are preferably BA Psychology but any graduation with minimum 50/55% marks required.
There are few regular colleges who take students from other field for PG (but on enterance exam and interview basis). Other option is distance learning.

After completion of B.E mba as well as M.tech are two different and good career options as well.
1.For a person who is technically strong and conceptually perfect M.tech is a good option to go with.As per your capability it can be done either in India or in the foreign countries.
2.For a person with quick grasping capability,good communication skills and interest towards a career in management MBA is a better option.

If you are creatively inclined you can seek admission in mass communication in a good university like Nitte or Jamia or SIMC. Nitte for instance has announced merit scholarships for those with percentage like yours. Your fees can come down by half.
