Since you have completed your +2 and is expecting good results, you are still doubtful about your JEE mains scores, you may look for alternatives to secure admission to a B tech degree programme. State level entrance examinations and examinations conducted by reputed deemed universities are worth trying. In case you fail to qualify for admissions to any B Tech programme, a diploma will make you eligible for lateral entry admissions direct to the second year of a B Tech/BE programme. Admission to most of the institutes is done via entrance exams. The basic eligibility for pursuing a Bachelors is 10+2 examination with science subject such as Physics, maths and chemistry. For IITs, It is mandatory to qualify in the Joint Entrance Examinations (J.E.E). The duration for this course is 4 years.
The eligibility criteria for pursuing a master's degree are holding a bachelor's degree in (B.E/B.Tech) or any other equivalent branches of engineering.
