Both the institutes are good and it will be very difficult to tell which one is better. However, before seeking admission in any of the institute, make sure you go through the following parameters:
Affiliation
Accreditation
Fee structure
Curriculum
Admission procedure
Entrance exam patterns
etc.

Great choince of yours as Automobile industry is one of the fast growing industries of India. The eligibility criteria for the students seeking admission in B.Tech Automobile engineering is that they should have passed their higher secondary exam with science (physics, chemistry, math) as their subject, securing a minimum of 50% in aggregate.

If you mean full time MBA or PGDM program then please remember in order to pursue this program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
The selection process in B-schools generally consists of :
- Past Academic record.
- Scores in entrance tests.
- Group Discussion.
- Personal Interview.

Well there are numerous graduation options for a science graduate depending on your area of interest. Some of the graduation options are:
MBBS (If you have studied in +2),
Engineering,
Law,
Management,
Banking and Finance
etc.

Hello Krishna,
You can try for management quota seats in private engineering collages. Without entrance exams, you would not be able to get admission in good engineering collages as they consider entrance exams scores as well.
Since very few engineering colleges provide this course so it would be better if you do B.Tech/BE in electronics & communication.
