The forms usual comes in July first week. Last year it was on 1st July. So this year also you can expect the same dates, but the process can also start from Mid June. you can apply to the admission cell regarding your change of college request from BIMHRD to BIMM. However you have to apply for the same before you join college. If there are seats available in BIMM then you might be allowed the change but I really dont think there is any need to. All 4 colleges are treated the same. We consider ourselves a part of SRI BALAJI SOCIETY and not a part of any individual college.
