Hello dear, bsw stands for bachelors in social work. There are many good government universities and colleges who imparts education in this stream. Social work is the stream where you need a passion to serve the downtroddens, hv to work for the peoples who faces crime as well as who does crime. There are several specialisation like human rights, labour laws, criminal laws, family and child development, woman empowerment etc. After bsw, u can opt msw as well as u can opt mba(hr). There are job scopes in ngo as well as in government and corporates (csr and hr department). Try to get some good college. Hope u do well. Thank you.

Hello dear, you need a tremendous passion to join the stream. It is the stream which will teach you to do social work professionally. U hv to work coming out from the comfort zone for the poors, downtroddens and crime victims as well as criminals. Hello dear, The stream is very much prospective. after successful completion of mba finance u will be placed as investment banker, business analysts, sector analysts, merchant bankers, financial controllers, strategic experts, consultants for mergers and acquisitions, probationary officers in banks and other financial institutions, financial planners and relationship managers, strategic cost accountants etc. Salary depends on your potentiality, academic record, past work experience, reputation of college, size of company and performance in interview. After Bcom you can directly give IPCC level
After passing IPCC you need to undergo articleship of 3 and half years
After completing a specific number of months in articleship you can appear for CA Final

Age requirement for IAS/UPSC/Civil Service eligibility has been reformed from 2015.
For General category candidates, upper age limit is 32 years with a maximum of 6 attempts.
For OBC candidates, upper age limit is 35 years with a maximum of 9 attempts.
For SC/ST candidates, upper age limit is 37 and the number of attempts is up to the age limit.
For physically disabled candidates, upper age limit is 35, 38 and 40 for General category, OBC and SC/ST respectively with the number of attempts being 9 for General category and OBC candidates; for SC/ST up to age limit.
Candidates from J&K domicile, upper age limits are 37 years, 40 year
