Hey Digvijay, usually health & care mein woh log karte h jinka background health care related hota h.
Media is a good option agar tumhe interest h toh. And about response that depend on from which college you are doing it and their placements & other factors.
It's better if you ask this question to someone from the college you want to do an MBA in.

This choice really depends upon your interests, your rank in various competitive exams, your 12th board percentage and what you want to do after graduation.
Assuming you do not have any specific interest in any branch and want to grab a job with a good pay package, i would suggest going for computer science or IT. These are the hot branches now-a-days with highest pay packages (depending upon college).
