Unlike an exam, there are no set of questions that the panel interviewing asks. The questions depend on who you are, what you have studied, where you have worked or about the work you want to show or talk to them about. For purpose of 3 year law courses, usually there are options to pursue them from Traditional State universities, wherein a direct admission is granted based on minimum percentage requirements is SSC. Also, there are universities like Delhi universities wherein an entrance test is to be taken by the applicant and based on ranks admissions are granted. Also there are universities like Symbiosis, ILS Pune, GGBIP, Punjab University, etc. Wherein again by entrance test you can get admission in 3 year law courses. Depends on the country and university and also the course. Places like UK needs only IELTS but if you do MBA you will need GMAT also.

Check SPP colleges. You are too late for non SPP and other universities. The application starts a year ahead and for most colleges admission deadlines are over. You may still have a chance with SPP. But your IELTS is low for SPP.

Previous year cut-off in CLAT for admission in NMIMS went upto 90 marks. Cut-off mainly depends on the difficulty level of the exam. The basic idea is that if you have a rank around 3500, you have good chances to get admission in NMIMS.

Stages to become a Company Secretary:
The student who would like to join the Course after 10+2 pass or equivalent has to undergo three stages to pursue the Company Secretaries course i.e. Foundation Programme, Executive Programme and Professional Programme.
The student who would like to join the course after passing the graduation has to undergo two stages of the company secretaryship i.e. Executive Programme and Professional Programme.
Foundation Programme can be done after 10+2 pass or equivalent students of Arts, Science or Commerce stream (excluding Fine Arts).
Executive Programme can be done by a graduate with any stream except Fine A
