Hi Vivek, you will first need to apply and here is the process to it. Visit www.ucas.com and start a new application there. You need to apply through UCAS and the last date is 30 June. You have the provision of applying to 5 Universities and UCAS charges GBP 21 for it.
You should have a minimum of 65% in 12 and 6.0 in IELTS to be able to apply.
Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS (6 min for UG courses). IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written.
